The only downside is you have to get used to how it works. Because you have to squeeze the two ends to open it, your money is loose and, with enough wind, might blow away if you're not hanging on to it. That said, a little practice and it'll be fine. For me, I open one and squeeze it just enough to allow a CC to slip in or out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Money Clip Out There *by C***R on September 15, 2010* I ordered the version of the clip with the included leather insert. It was probably a waste, but...The clip itself is the best money clip going. I've tried about 5 different styles too. Magnetic, pressure, the kind that pushes a roller closed.This one works for two bills, or works for a stack of several credit cards and several bills.I would say that the smaller version would be better for clipping just bills. This one overlaps some if credit cards aren't inserted. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Basic Money Clip and smallet *by B***T on September 18, 2013* Quality isn't super, but it works, and is exactly as it looks. I've been using it for about a month as a replacement for another clip. The wings make it a little easier to open, if that matters to you, but it takes an extra step or two to fold them both back, A minor annoyance. The clip is too big to hold a small number of bills without the smallet or just a stack of credit cards. With the smallet it works just fine. The leather adds some bulk (about 3 cards depth) (Tyvek anyone?) that I could do without, but its not bad.
