8 Period Teacher Lesson Plan; Days Vertically Down The Side (W208)

this is the best planner i've found that has 8 blocks across the top (4 per page). as someone who teaches 7 classes per day, this is invaluable for keeping track of lessons. i use the additional block per day to note any before/after school meetings. the top of columns and beginnings of rows are left blank so you can write in the dates yourself. a bit tedious, but allows for major customization depending on how you need to see your weeks. keep making this! ~~veteran teacher.

I teach high school and use this planner every year. It has enough squares for Aday and Bday, enough room to write.

I like the vertical days for my plan book. It takes me about an hour to set up the plan book the way I like for the school year which is a bummer. I don't use the book the way it was designed. But, I don't think anyone makes one the way I want it. On the plus side, the squares are nicely sized for all of my daily plans. The book itself is very sturdy and lasts all year. Pencil erases nicely on the pages for adjustments. Lastly, I'd prefer color options for the book so mine doesn't look just like my partner teacher's.

Eight periods is perfect for most teachers.

I really like this planner. I wanted something with the subjects at the top and the date vertically along the side. This was one of the only ones that I could find. It's not flashy or pretty like some of the planners out there but it works perfectly for what I needed. I use it every day in our homeschool and it has held up great. I label my headings with marker or pen and I haven't had issues with it bleeding through to the other pages. The cover is a heavier material and keeps the pages from getting damaged when I throw it in a backpack or accidentally spill my coffee all over the table ;) If you want a clean and no-frills planner then this is perfect for you. I will buy it again next year.

I would be lost without my weekly lesson plan book. I have used the Elan book for several years now and it helps me keep track of what I have taught, my progress throughout the year and to plan weeks ahead on my tight AP schedule. It is well designed and planned, with enough space for each day in eight columns across the page. It has additional features such as seating plans and procedures but the weekly planning is the key. There are plenty of pages for the entire school year. A great product, and I also buy their class record book as my written grade book as I learned not to trust on-line grade systems!

although i don't use all of the sections, because I'm a homeschooling mom so some doesn't apply, i really love it and have never felt so organized. its the perfect size and is working for our needs beautifully! i just wish the other colors they offered weren't double in price. that's the only negative, the blue one is the cheapest one so i had to sticker mine up to differentiate between my 3 homeschooled kiddos. but overall we are very pleased!
