The price is right but the scent is not really good patchouli. This brand can go both ways in my opinion. It's either very good or not so great.

I'm not sure how this perfume got such great reviews. I love patchouli but this smells nothing like it. I don't know if I received an old bottle or if it's supposed to smell that way. I actually ordered this and a patchouli oil perfume (different seller different product) and was so disappointed in this. The patchouli oil perfume smelled just as I hoped but the Sumatra is terrible. The shipping was fast and the packaging was pretty but the perfume stinks. I know everyone has different tastes but I didn't even smell a hint of patchouli in it. If I get a chance to smell this in the store then I will update my review. Maybe it's supposed to smell this way but it's definitely not for me.

Any old hippie will comment when you walk by! The essence of this patchouli conjours up the sixties like none other. There is no mistaking this scent for anything else. Pure patchouli, subtle and captivating.

This is a nice, green patchouli that I like very much. I'm going to try layering this with sweeter scents, like vanilla or orange. Also, to me this comes across as a unisex perfume.
