But it’s SOO much more and I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied. Every Pre-Medical student NEEDS this journal. It’s a detailed planner, guide and record keeper all in one. It has everything you will need! MCAT tracking sheets- helping you break down your practice exams, question prompts to help you compose your personal statement. Interview questions and a space for you to jot down responses. I can’t list everything that’s in this Journal- but it’s A LOT! You really get a lot for the price. My only complain is I wish I had additional sheets for some of the sections( lol). It’s a pretty solid tool! Get one you won’t regret it.
