I have small hands and was hopeful that I would be able to handle this with one hand and I can. It is a perfect size to store in the door of my fridge. It's not a thick heavy plastic and that is ok, it does it's job and when I have it about half full I can still easily handle it. Being it is a 2 quart container I have taken a black marker across the line that I want to fill it up to with water. I add flavor packets to it. I make sure to have the lid on tight and the top spout cover snapped in place before shaking it...as I didn't have it snapped in place once and made a big mess ;-) lol So just double check that the little lid is in place tightly. They suggest hand washing it due to the fact you might melt or misshape it in the dishwasher, it only takes seconds to hand wash it. I would suggest this to anyone, I feel it is a great product and a good price point.
