Returned it and was sent a new one. Used the new one to tow and it worked great. No rattle, adjustable when needed, and looks great. Used it once, took it off the hitch, and when I went to use it a second time (just a few days later) the "anti rattle" bolt was not working on this one. I could remove it, I could turn it all the way in, but the small button on top that prevents the movement would not move at all. Returned it again just over a week after returning the first one. Now I will be looking at an Andersen hitch, or WeighSafe, of GenY instead. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the one you want *by S***S on Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2014* This is the most soothing hitch I've used. No clunking, to rattling, this is all due to the EASY tighteners. It also has a lock that uses a modified allen wrench that the average redneck thief won't have on him. Yet in a jam, you could fashion one yourself if you lost it. This cost just as much as the other brands, I will definitely be getting this for any other vehicle I'll be pulling with. If you are doing frequent readjustments, might be worth the time to make a drill bit allen wrench. A teeeny bit of grease on the adjustment bolt would be a good idea if you went this route. Again, you'll be happy with this, solid, no noise, no unnecessary stress and looking in the rear view every time you hear a clunk.Simply because you don't hear a clunk. Or when you do, there is actually reason to be concerned, sorry about that overhang and the corner of that building. And that crash post painted the same color as the asphalt. And that guy that was tailgaiting while most likely texting about how 60 MPH is too slow to be pulling a trailer.
