Very impressed with picture and sound quality, especially in such a compact unit. Easy to set up and use, including the well designed included remote. Played my non region 1 dvds without a problem. And it was available at a very reasonable price.

This incredibly compact DVD unit is not only very affordable, it functions very well too The tv you see in the picture is only a 28 inch model The DVD player is approx 9 inches across. It is the perfect size for this tv! We aren’t majorly into tv or dvd viewing. We had a “nice” dvd player that pretty much filled the bottom of this tv. (This DVD player is less than 1/2 the size of the one we had.) My cousin transferred some family films onto DVDs and sent them to me. When I went to view one of them, I discovered our old DVD player no longer worked. I was already concerned that it might not play “homemade” DVDs, but it had apparently retired from playing any DVDs at all I wanted to see the DVDs my cousin had sent, but I didn’t want to spend the kind of money we had spent on our last DVD player (when it was purchased, a member of our household was a movie aficionado so he chose a very nice, expensive DVD player) I was astonished at how low of a price a DVD player is selling for (and a bit nervous about “getting what I paid for”) I need not have been concerned. This is a wonderful little machine. It came with both HDMI cables and RCA cables in the box. It took just a few moments to connect the HDMI cable to the tv and the dvd player. Once the dvd player was plugged in we were good to go The sound and picture quality are outstanding on even “homemade” DVDs. The functions on the remote are clear and very easy to understand. It even comes with a free three year warranty that you scan the included QR code with your smartphone camera to activate! (I am quite impressed by this!) I am exceptionally pleased with this purchase. It was very affordable and a quality device!

For the price, this has so far been a good DVD player. No player I have ever had lasted a long time, so I was looking for one that I can consider a "throw away" if it acts up. It set-up easily, has good sound and picture quality, and the mechanism runs quietly. The remote is well laid out and easy to read. I do not have many DVD's but some are ones I wanted to watch again, thus this purchase.

super simple and inexpensive DVD player that works fine. It has a HDMI cable "out" which is needed for modern TV's. For less than $30, you can't go wrong. I was suprised it didn't come with batteries for the remote but for $27, no complaints. I can watch my old DVDs again and use it to convert DVDs and CDs to computer files....

Love this little DVD player! I’ve been wanting to get a copy of the movies “Lamb” & “Zone of Interest” to add to my library. There’s so much junk on TV. It’s incredible how often I end up watching movies that I love over and over again. There are also other movies I wanted to purchase but they would not play on DVD players for the region that included the United States. Well, I got my movies and this little player played them perfectly. It was easy to hook up in fact, I just unhooked the cables from my DVD player and plugged them into the back of this one. I am so glad I finally got this. I cannot believe how inexpensive it is, awesome player! If you’ve been considering getting an all region DVD player I recommend this one. I’ve had it in my saved for later forever. I don’t know why I waited so long. Now I can get all of those movies that I’ve been wanting to watch and enjoy.

Works great, EXCEPT it doesn't turn off. Mine is plugged into my receiver auxiliary input. The master switch turns it off. It won't do it on its own

I originally gave this product a low review because I had trouble getting it to work. The company reached out to me and offered either a full return or a replacement. since the reviews of this dvd were good and the price was right, I asked for a new one. they sent it to me and it works great. terrific customer service.

Seems to be a pretty good little DVD player all in all; however… Seems a little strange also to have a nice bright OFF showing on the screen to tell you the thing is off, but it appears that this is necessary for the RESUME function to work… Also a little strange that the Forward/Rewind keys are hidden away in the bottom 2 rows of buttons… On the other hand, nice to have a MUTE button and volume +- buttons right on the DVD remote. So… I take the good with the bad, and once again, perfectly good little All-Region DVD player. And a very reasonable price!

Excelente produto, funcionando perfeitamente. Chegou rápido, antes do prazo. Sugiro comprar junto um adaptador.

Heel blij met deze dvd speler: ik heb een aantal series die regio 1 zijn... en dan is een europese dvd speler niet wat je nodig hebt. Ik heb deze dvd speler nu 1 jaar en ben er nog steeds erg blij mee. Mooie kwaliteit, afstandsbediening werkt, overzichtelijk ding. Zoek je een goede en niet al te dure regiovrije dvd speler; dan is deze een aanrader
