Review: lightweight and compact. Worth buying. - This sleeping bag is really lightweight and for comfortable for warm weather. I could fit it in my carry on backpack and used it on a safari camp for 8 days. Packing and repacking daily was trouble free. This is a good buy!
Review: Warm Weather Only…. - This is a “warm weather” light weight sleeping bag! It’s VERY thin as far as internal stuffing. For sure, no cushion for sleeping on ground! It is NOT meant for camping in cool, let alone cold weather climates! It will not keep you warm at night unless you are somewhere which doesn’t get below 65-68 degrees! The bag is only rated to 60°F. Don’t get me wrong. I am happy with this bag for the price & my purpose. Hence the five star rating. Purchased bag for car’s emergency kit. It stuffs into a very small compression stuff sack (which is also very nice & well made), taking up very little space! I would NEVER use as my primary camping sleeping bag. I’d freeze! May be good for sleeping at someone house as long as you are sleeping inside. Over all, bag looks well made, is wide enough to fit an adult of average size, I’m 5’.5” and the bag goes way over me! Someone over 6ft would still be comfortable in terms of length. For an emergency bag it’s perfect! I figure putting this bag inside one of those “Mylar emergency” sleeping bags would do in a pinch till help arrives. Emergency Mylar sleeping bags are only a large sheet of Mylar sealed into a rectangular sleeping bag shape opposed to the “Mylar blankets”. So yeah, I’m happy to have this bag for my emergency kit!

**Q: what is the length of this caming sleeping bag? does it fit adults?**
A: At 86" long and 30" wide, I'd say it's about perfect for most adults. (black version, other colors may come in different sizes.)

I'm 5'11 and 220 lbs. I can stretch my feet all the way to the bottom and still cover my face with the top layer. There's still a a few inches left for a taller person than myself.

Now lying on my back, it is a little snug around my upper arms. Someone heavier than myself might want to look elsewhere. Luckily for me, I'm a side sleeper so it's not a problem.

**Q: Is this for warm nights? don’t give me the seller standard bla bla answer of this blocks out temps above 60f and keeps you warm. when it’s 85f you don**
A: We purchased them for homeless outreach clients and they fit our requirements of being compact and light enough for transport while keeping people warm at night.

**Q: How effective is this for home furnishing and business travel?**
A: Pretty good.  We use a couple of these along with two inflating mats for when we travel and might spend the night somewhere without a bed free.  They tighten to pretty small size too, about the size of two softballs for each bag.

**Q: Think this would be good to hand out to the homeless in a tropical climate? (I was thinking that its size and portability might make it a good choice)**
A: Sure, the size is pretty small and it's ok for warm climate at night. Definitely won't do on more cold environments, but on a warm climate sure do. And probably this will be better than nothing. Nevertheless, the outside is pretty thin and it's not suitable for using over rocks or pointy edges.

Lightweight, soft, easily stores away, and warm. The case it comes with works beautifully to compress and store the bag! Just wish it was a little wider and a little longer for comfort.
