I got the Catstages Grass Patch Hunting Box as an indoor enrichment toy, and it’s been a great addition for my cat. He loves lying on the faux grass, and the jingle balls inside actually keep him entertained longer than most toys that only hold his attention for a minute or two. It also taps into his natural hunting instincts, which I really like. One thing to note is that the toy can be a bit noisy when he’s actively playing with it because of the balls. That said, I got used to it pretty quickly, and it doesn’t bother me anymore. I also want to mention durability, my cat completely tore apart a similar toy in the past, but this one feels much more stable and well-made. I occasionally sprinkle catnip or hide a few dry treats inside to refresh his interest, and it’s held up really well. Overall, it’s a simple but effective toy that doubles as a comfy lounging spot. If your cat enjoys interactive toys or textured surfaces, this is definitely worth trying.

I have 2 indoor cats . Only my 7 year loves this . He’ll scratch at it and lay on it . He’s bigger than the patch , but he makes it work . But , this morning , he pee’d on it !!!!! Litter boxes are always cleaned . I think he actually thought it was real grass .🤷‍♀️ Needless to say , it’s history :(

So far, so good. I am going to have to gand a way to anchor this to the floor or maybe use command strips to secure it to a piece of wood as it is really light and he has flipped it over many times. But he really enjoys it, especially when I add catnip and treats inside of the box. Worth the ten bucks.

My cats seem to really be enjoying the grass patch hunting toy. Just a heads up though, the plastic grass stuff starts to fall out pretty quick and if your cats are like mine and try to eat plastic, make sure they have supervision and maybe keep it on tile or wood floors or something for easy sweeping after.

My kitties love this so much that I bought one for a friends kitties. She tells me hers lasted for about three days and they had the thing torn into pieces. Mine is still going strong. They love it. I would recommend it. It’s a great toy :-). It’s got fake grass on the top side and lots of little openings where they try and stick their paws in and get the rolling toys.

My box did not have the advertised 3 jingle balls. I have a box with holes and astroturf. Nothing about it invites my cats engagement and I tried. He showed more interest in the amazon paper bag it shipped in. You can see from my pictures there are no balls and 0 cat interest. Thoroughly disappointed.

My 5 yrs old played with it for about 15 mins & then lost interest, didn't bother with it again, I even tried to play with her , nope not interested. Gave it to a cat rescue. Hope the kitties get enjoyment from it.
