Not waking up with dry mouth, so I'm pleased.Update:Nasdil falls out of my nose while sleeping. I've followed instructions for washing and drying, so guess I'm looking for another product now. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Surprised and Delighted *by K***D on November 24, 2015* This little thing actually works, and doesn't make you look like a total freak in the process (not that I mind that if it actually works : ).I'm a long time snorer of epic proportions and have had surgery that helped but still left me gasping for air at night. In my case, the structural problem is not deep, but rather right at the very entrance to my sinuses. I had tried some other dilators with limited success and didn't expect much from this but gave it a try anyways. This one, strangely, is smaller in size, less obtrusive and yet works far better than the others. I couple it with a BreathRight strip and my sleep is almost blissful compared to before. My sinuses always swell as the night goes on and are almost closed completely by morning. With this, I always have some air coming in which is a huge improvement for me.A note on BreathRight strips. I see people complaining about skin breakdown on the bridge of the nose with repeated use. Just rip off a piece of the backing paper and stick it on in the middle of the strip so that part doesn't stick to the bridge of your nose and you can wear one every night if you like. ### ⭐⭐ Product arrived well packaged and on time which was fantastic. My first night sleeping with the nasal dilator was full of discomfort and the feeling of trying to breath through a stuffy nose. I figured it was just me needed to get use to the product before being able to use it without noticing too much.So after a week of trying to wear this to bed I have come to the conclusion that this product just isn't for me. Every time I would wake up I would find the nasal dilator had fallen out completely and I had been snoring all night according to my girlfriend.I tried really shoving this thing up my nose to the point where I was sure it wouldnt come out. Well it still did.I know there are many alternative treatments for snoring and I will gladly try another one.
