Q: Are repair parts available? I have a small crack developing in the plastic cover over the gear mechanisms.

I used to love my Koham but it suddenly stopped working in spite of full charge. No lights come on. Repair department, Steven Liu: it's a pity that we don't have after sales team in USA. maybe u can contact with the online seller if they can do sth. they are distributor, i think u are not buying from factory directly. if you buy the compoent from factory. the shipping cost is high, even more than the machine, still we are not sure if you know how to change the PCB. that's a problem. So NO, they do not stand behind their machines in spite of knowing what's wrong with it. I am bitterly disappointed.

It took me awhile but I found the port they are referring to. Turn the tool so that the Koban label on the opposite side facing away from you (so that you are looking at the non-label side. Now look right in the middle of that large black washer with the gear on top. That is the port and it does have a little bit of cotton in it. So if you are to follow their instructions, you will need a pair of fine tip tweezers to remove the cotton inset the oil bottle, oil it, then replace the cotton. Hope this helps
