What a great light set! Happy to review things that work as advertised and are handsomely priced. The person who installed the previous set of lights on my trailer lost the intellectual lottery. Lucky for them it was only 12VDC. Anyhow, very bright and they work as you would expect. Very pleased.

This kit is very impressive. $25 when I bought mine. I will revisit this review if I see any premature failure, but it seems pretty solid. I took my time with the install and everything went well. I installed this on a 6'×10' utility trailer. You might possibly be able to wire a 12' long trailer, but it would be close. Pros: * Everything in one box * Price * Wired grounds for each light Cons: * 14 ga. wire is a little chincy. I'd prefer less strands of copper, but ticker strands. * Ground wire on trailer side is short. Another 12-18" would br great. * complete kit (everything you need) Final thoughts: The wired grounds are each light create a little more work than lights that use a chassis ground, but I prefer this wired method. The chassis ground seems to be a common point of failure, especially if rust creeps in behind your lights.

Hi, if you just install the new lights and it don’t work, check the Ground. I purchased a used Car Tow Dolly Trailer. It has no lights. I wanted to install trailer lights. I purchased Konrali Trailer Tail Light Kit from Amazon. I install it only the running lights came on but not very bright. The brake lights, turn signals, and side lights did not come on. Thinking the lights was bad. I purchased another kit from Amazon by MAXXHAUL 70205 Trailer Light Kit. Maxxhual ship very fast, I got it the next morning. I intalled Maxxhaul kit and none of the lights none came on. The Maxxhaul listing had a video showing how to test the trailer lights. The process was very very easy to test to see if the lights work. I test both kits. Both of light kits works and very bright. See pic I was able to find the main reason, why new install trailer lights did not work. Main reason is the ground. You have to have a good ground. Once I found a good location for the ground the light works very well. I rewire, and had to extend the ground wire and found a solid metal area with a bolt. I try it and all the lights works. The wire provided was longer than I need . Which was great. I use the portion that I had cut and use it as the ground wire. Lights good price deserve five stars, but only get 4 stars, because the connecting wire are short. Cons: The wiring on the lights are too short, especially the ground wires. Should be longer for better options. About 8-12” would be good. That probably why they get return, because the ground wires to short to locate good grounding.

I've purchased these before and they worked well. Had to purchase again because I backed my trailer into something and broke one of the rear lights. Taped it up and it continued to work for another 4 years. The rear lights are very bright, and the side markers are also good. The side marker wires are kind of short, only about 4 inches long. I have the rear lights mounted onto a 2x4 and I had to counter sink about 1 inch in to get the nut to fit onto the bolt. Not a big issue, but 1/2 inch longer mounting bolt would have been nice. For those with a wooden trailer like mine, you have to run a white wire yourself. I used one of the brown wires as my white wire. But you have to be careful if you do that, remember which brown wire you used and mark it clearly at the other end. I put white shrink wrap on it.

Easy install and just what I needed. At this price you can't go wrong. Install all new lights and wiring for trailer. They are. Right and worked perfectly. The length of wire is adequate for most applications. They seem well built and should last a long time!

Works well on my 5x8 trailer

Our cube truck for some reason has all the rear lights wired as trailer lights - the upside is replacing the broken old lights with these was relatively easy. These ones are brighter than the old lights and they seem more durable too. I really like that the kit came with wire, fasteners, and running lights too. I had to install a couple load resisters to get around the hyper blinking issue -now everything is good.
