Good for MTHFR gene mutation
Good supplement if you have an MTHFR gene mutation like myself and your body doesn’t properly convert folic acid.

Blood Tests Look Good
I'm on Mounjaro. Was trying to find the cause of my mouth sores. Didn't find relief until taking this. First thought about getting folic acid, but it's not suitable for short term use, because you can get a build up of unmetabolized folic acid in your system. However, Methyl Folate 5-MTHF is already bioavailable. I got fast results and my blood tests are looking good.

Long time, Fair priced Source

Se nota que es una forma activa y bien absorbida, a diferencia del ácido fólico tradicional. Lo más importante que el comprador debe saber es que el folato de metilo es ideal para personas que no metabolizan bien el ácido fólico, por lo que esta presentación es una mejor opción. Con el uso constante he notado menos cansancio y mejor enfoque. No me ha causado molestias digestivas ni efectos secundarios. Las cápsulas son fáciles de tomar y la calidad del producto es excelente para el precio. Muy buena opción si buscas un folato de alta calidad y buena absorción. Lo volvería a comprar sin duda.
