having worked in the whole body department of whole foods, i've had the opportunity to sample many different supplements. through my experimentation process, new chapter ultimately became a go-to primarily for their thoughtful formulations, allergy friendliness, and simply how GOOD i feel after taking their products. of my new chapter collection, this b complex is a top go-to for energy, mood, focus, and the health and strength of hair and skin. because i eat a plant-based diet, it's essential for me to take a b complex daily and i definitely feel the uplifting difference. that said, would still recommend this to someone eating animal products as well because of the modest dosages of Bs (unlike some other complexes which go absolutely overboard for no discernible reason, at best resulting in peeing out extra unassimilated nutrients and at worst causing mood shifts or breakouts). last thing, i also appreciate the inclusion of maca and schizandra for additional energy and hormonal balance. undoubtedly a top-tier product. a little bummed that the bottle i received in the mail yesterday arrived with a broken lid. though fortunately, i can just replace it with the lid from my last bottle!
