I purchased a pair (L & R). Left for myself and Right for my wife. When ordering, I took note of the size chart and ordered accordingly. My ankle measures 10” around at the point described / outlined.My ‘typical’ shoe size is 8 ½ - 9. That would result in a Brace size of ‘Medium.’My wife’s ankle measures about 8 ½” around and her ‘typical’ shoe size is an 8.5. That would result is a Brace size of ‘Medium.’I ordered (1) Medium RT and (1) Medium LT. These were WAY too small. Neither I nor my wife was able to put the sleeve even past the proximal phalange joints of our feet. The size chart is not even close to accurate or even approximate. I returned both of these for credit. No exchange.I would not recommend the product or the company. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These ankle supports fixed longstanding issues professional orthotics could not address *by J***. on November 17, 2019* These are amazing! I have been literally through thousands of dollars of unsuccessful professional orthotics ( an understatement) , trying to find a way to support my feet and ankles. All the orthotic support was counter productive, and actually turned things for the worse. I have finally found a solution to my foot and trunk problems. A couple of years ago I found Xero shoes as zero support underneath the foot footwear. The Xero shoes were a huge part of my solution, as my feet would not accept any under-foot support. However the ankles did need support...just not from under the foot. So, these ankle supports are the essential other part of my solution, as the problem with my "feet" is actually the ankle ligaments. The ankle supports have changed everything for me, from gate to upper trunk and psoas chronic tightness. Upper leg and psoas problems have reduced drastically, once the proper ankle support, and zero underfoot support was worked out. I wear them most of the work day. They do not restrict movement at all, and, since I am no longer "guarding" my ankles, they actually free up motion considerably. I ordered like 4 pair to make sure I have these for the long term. If put on carefully I am getting 3-4 months life span for the sleeve. I have tried other ankle sleeves, but none I tried offed the lateral support these provide...Outstanding product...thanks for making it. Keep making it, please! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ankle Support *by R***Y on April 26, 2018* I have seen OS1st adds in all the running magazine, so when I needed an ankle support. What I like about this was that once on it supports my ankle with out interfering with socks or shoes. And even better it is not noticeable during my runs.
