Outstanding product
It works miracles on my pain on my back or where ever I am hurting. I recommend this to everyone. When you put it on it is cool then it heats up.

It works well on pain in muscles
This mineral ice has worked well for me for years. Just last year I was in rehab for hip replacement and took some with me. Before I went to sleep I would have a nurse apply to my back to relieve pain overnight for better sleep.
