No. That sounds like Pop Rocks candy. This feels hot and cold at same time.

I don't think so as it goes on cool but turns warm to relieve pain in muscles. Works best if skin is covered after application.

Can you use this product to massage affected area for relief besides just applying

. I use this product on my arms, back and legs according to the intensity of the pain that I am experiencing. A little massaging would be ok. But it’s all about how you feel at the time. Sometimes applying it with a little rubbing is all you need. Cover with a towel to produce a little warmth, and feel the coolness and the warmth kick in. Enjoy.

Do you get one or two jars for this price?

I only received one jar. That was back in November 2014.

If dose what it says it will do . And it dose.

Mineral Ice pain relief jell! I suffer from leg cramps in the middle of the night. I get up grab a rubber golive, rub it on my leg and in a matter of a minute my legs settle down. It has a strong wintergreen smell . Even if you wash your hands good the smell is still there . And if you rub your eye or noise it will still irritate them.
