**Q: can it make a nice hot chocolate drink? with milk or water?**
A: Why not

**Q: If I make a shakes with this do I still use 3 scoops I also put banana and strawberries in?**
A: From a protein perspective, yes, but if you were to add other sources of protein such as peanut butter, then you could lower the serving suggestion. Try to make sure that your smoothie is at least 15-20g of protein. You might also want to add extra water due to the thickness create by the fruit. Lastly, a whey shake should always be made with water, but if you add milk or milk alternatives to a smoothie, check the dilution rate and importantly the nutritional changes. The calories can quickly add up. Happy blending!

A: Hi, Thank you for the question. Maximsucle Max Whey (Chocolate) contains 22.5g of protein per 30g serving. That protein is derived from whey protein concentrate (82.5% of the total ingredients) and whey protein isolate (10% of the total ingredients). There are no sources of casein within Max Whey.

It’s a decent product, but not very convinced. The flavour is just right and the consistency is very watery. I have no doubt about the quality of this brand, but I cannot say if it is amazing or not good; probably not working for me. However, no bloating at all and it is easy to digest
