I got 6 perfect ice balls my first time using it and I've never had a problem. I fill it 3/4 of the way full with water from my Brita pitcher, firmly press the top on then put it in my freezer and that's it. It does slosh a little water during the transfer but it's not a huge problem. Just fill it near the fridge so you don't have to move it far. I'm really glad I bought this product. FANTASTIC customer support!Original review: The water does not sit nicely in its mold. The molds do not fill up more than half full and the water spills out the sides and the rubber does not hold its shape. Spend more and get the nicer individual globe molds.
