Brilliant ice-cream maker would absolutely recommend this make and model. Simple to use, not too noisy, good value for money, easy to clean and frozen yogurt is done in 30 minutes. Make sure it's all lined up and clicked in correctly or the paddle does not go round.

I’m so impressed with this. Have made a good few batches of healthy frozen yoghurt. Have made a mango one, peach one , cherry one and strawberry on the go right now and in the video. So, so easy to use! What I love about this is that it has a condenser, so no messing around with putting bowls in the freezer. It’s a lovely light blue colour too and that looks nice in the kitchen. Fantastic results and I have only tried making frozen yoghurt so far which is very healthy! Highly recommend making a mango frozen yoghurt! Bought some brilliant ice cream pots on Amazon too. Very happy!

I've been using this ice cream churner for a year now. It's my first churner so I can't compare to other products. It arrived on time, in good condition with sensible packaging. I didn't use any recipes just the overall liquid that would fit in the unit which was fine. After a couple of disasters (which were recipe errors) the machine has worked consistently thoughout the year & still going strong. Only today have I worked out how to remove the motor from it's housing! Naturally the whole unit requires cleaning which is a nightmare with the motor in place. 4 start review because fitting the top to the frozen bowl is fiddly & requires a lot of patience - it does work well when in place though. And washing the frozen bowl after use - fine but there is a fair amount of water seepage under the rim which oozes into the bowl when you turn it back upright. no problem if you're storing it away but for multiple use not so great. That said - Excellent VFM

This is for the non-automatic version you need to freeze bowl. Uses their recipe, followed all instructions, bowl was frozen for over 12 hours, ingredients chilled for 3 hours, left to run 20 min. Aside from some which had frozen at the bottom, the 80% was still ice cream soup. So have just chucked bowl in the freezer to freeze the rest, making the whole contraption worthless. Will be returning.

Love this machine, best thing is you don't have to pre freeze bowl, as I never have enough space in the freezer.Simple operation and makes delicious ice cream and frozen yogurt,Favorites so far Pina colada and chocolate yogurt. Takes up a large space on kitchen worktop,not a problem for me but if you have a small kitchen or limited space might be something to consider.

I used this multiple times and in different settings, coldest freezing temperature was -18 and it still did not work well... The problem relies in 1) The paddle attachment being too slow, too flimsy, and I believe the design is not that great as well not much air gets incorporated. 2) The liquid in the freezer bowl/cylinder is not full, so if you freeze the bowl, it would be ice cold in the bottom but not so much the sides, and if you flip the bowl and freeze it, the sides would be ice cold but the bottom not so much... The bowl also starts warming and melting off almost immediately despite the mix being 0-4 C prior to churning, so it would starts churning in the beginning around the first 10 min, and then the bowl gets too warm and then it doesn't.. Overall not a great purchase and I don't recommend it, caused me to spiral into an ice-cream making emotional roller coaster lol
