Is this real unfiltered raw honey with the pollen still in it?

Yes! We do not force-filter or strain our honey. The only process we use is we gently skim the top of the honey off to remove chunks of wax or the occasional bee part. The pollen is still in the honey. Thanks for your question!

Hello, It is not heated beyond the natural temperature of the hives themselves. Honey starts to break down around 140 degrees, and our bees allow it to reach around 100 on a hot, summer Texas day. We keep it at or below that temperature at all times during the bottling process. So, no, we don't heat it at all!Brandon

I read somewhere that true raw honey has that white, thick look to it. Is that true & if so, is this truly raw honey?

Our honey is truly raw, not all honey looks alike usually when it has been whipped a little bit it gets that white thick look.
