They go on easily (some sneakers are really tight in the back) and she says they are comfortable. The laces are also long enough to double knot. We ordered a 1.5 at first but they were just too small. She seems to be in between a 1.5 and a 2. These might have a little extra room up front but she is happily running in them and had no complaints after the first full day. Her last sneakers bothered her until she broke them in. Her feet are somewhat narrow but I don't know if that necessarily means these wouldn't fit someone with a wider foot.The color is really great. It reminds me of faded denim. One thing to note, don't believe the sizing chart that is provided by the New Balance itself since its not correct.
