Useful kitchen accent

Caps are bad, the rest is fine.
I got one of these units, and like a lot of people, I had ALL my screw caps break when pushing them in. Thy give you extra ones and they also break, it's a design problem. The side screws are chrome and don't look great, either. They should provide all screws in a color that matches the rest of the item, which looks really good otherwise. Functionality wise, and value wise, 5/5.

Very well made.
My only complaint is that the S hooks are a tad too thick. It was hard to hang some items from the hooks because of this, but it's not a huge deal.

Great for coffee mugs
I installed this in my coffee bar to hang seasonal coffee mugs and it works perfectly. It was easy to install and I haven’t had any issues with it

Good, not too tier though
These are not an expensive fix by any means. We got them to hang up our pots and pans on the wall. This is not a bad product by any means, just not exactly quality. They come with decorative screw covers, but we couldn’t get them to work because when you screw in the screws, the plastic attachment part warps, so the metal covers don’t go on. However, it was easy to install and helps us organize our kitchen better!

Very practical and easy on the eye.
I would have got a slightly longer rail if I had bothered to measure. It is strong, practical and easy on the eye. Easily takes 4-5 pans. A very good choice. Saves me bending down to a cupboard, groping for the saucepan I need- they are there within reach.
