My floor turned out GREAT!
My floors turned out really good. The picture does not do my floors justice. My daughter came over to see the finished look and immediately said they look like resteraunt floors! I did a small bathroom. Start to finish. I pulled tiled, cleaned the floor with soap, water, and a shop vac. Follow the directions (no short cuts). Depending on your space I recommend getting a painters brush for the small areas to ensure coverage. Wear gloves, breathing masks and googles at all times when applying. The Sealer (last step) is VERY VERY strong odor wise. Open every window and venilate well. Because I did a small space I was unable to venilate like the product suggests. Venilation is important for the final step of the Sealer. I really am very satisfied with the end result. I intend on doing my front porch with the remainig stain. Easy to keep my bathroom floors clean and they appear to have a permanent fresh shine. The product has a phone number available if you have any questions. I called about the third step to clarify the length of time for drying and I got a real person on the other end who was able to answer my questions and guide me through my questions. I was glad to be able to speak to someone to make sure I was doing the staining correctly. I am a satisfied customer! 1st pix is me tearing up the ceramic tile; 2nd Pix after steps 1-3 cleaning and degreasing the floor; 3rd Pix the final look.

Perfect basement solution with pets and a pool walkout.
Excellent product with very detailed directions. Proper prep work will make the difference. It is important to remember that this is a chemical reaction and precision is the key. Completed first project and it came out so beautiful we are finishing the remainder of the basement area. Love the concrete for the bath and walk out to the pool. Perfect alternative to tile, linoleum or carpet. Cost effective but labor time is spread over a couple of days. Highly recommend the product.

great item...almost
this kit is worth it, every part of it is good, but the sealer. it made my concrete look beautiful, but after applying four solid coats of the sealer while moving items back in to my house i scuffed a few areas and discovered that the majority of the sealer went out in vapors, after researching i found out that you want a high solids content, which i guess the sealer doesn't have, afterwards i purchased a good wax and have since added that to the floor for protection, this is a great product, but wish i had known then what i know now!

That was easy!
This could be an intimidating project for some. Do your research! This can be a DIY project for those who can follow simple steps. This acid is as user friendly as it gets. Sealer will fade from a semi gloss to a Satin, but your correct polish choice will get you to a sweat and durable finish. Way more durable than most "epoxy" coatings, plus it's a unique design specific to you jobsite.

Disappointed
I was disappointed by how much product came off when doing the neutralizer step. The clear coat did not dry clear. You can see every roller mark on the floor and yes I used the recommended sheep's wool to pull back to ensure an even consistency and low humidity when drying. 15 hours later pics are the final result. Very sad that we will have to look at this expensive and labor intensive disappointment for years.

Excellent!!!!!
The last picture, third picture, is of the before. When this house was built 10 years ago they stained the concrete on the front entryway and the back porch - It looked OK but it was never maintained. So my husband cleaned it really well and did exactly like the instructions said and it turned out SO nice! I’m so glad that we went with our gut and decided to order this kit for $99 and just do it ourselves versus paying $1500 (one bid and $1800 another bid) for someone to come do it for us! It was our first time doing this and we are always doing home improvements/ installs ourselves but we’ve never tempted to stain concrete before. If we can do it, you can do it!

pretty good results
Let's face it stripping out indoor and outdoor carpets and scraping away glue was a nightmare. I got 80 to 90% of the gunk off and overstained with this product. It still worked and actually gave the concrete floor a Tuscan stucco effect. I wouldn't hesitate to use this on naked concrete, it was easy and sort of challenging not to get it sprayed all over everything around the floor.
