This is a very sturdy pot. It is well engineered heats quickly and pours really nicely. It works on an induction hob. Only the bottom part is magnetic however there is no visible difference in quality between the top and bottom. I have little to compare it against as I have only used cheaper aluminium pots before. This is one of the best quality items I have purchased on Amazon and I believe it will last for a very long time based on its appearance after daily use.

Very good pot. I would like to know how to get spare parts like a spare funnel for this actual make . Can only find cheepy ones.

Have been using this one for a week and im very happy with it. Its sturdy, dishwasher safe, and if you rinse it with tapwater after each use you get the same flavour coffee every use. Previously i used the aluminium Bialetti moka express, and my problem with that was that i could never get quite the same flavour of coffee every time. Occasionally it was right but found it unreliable despite cleaning it with either bicarbonate of soda or now and then using the white vinegar method. I found it high maintenance. This one is much simpler, u don't have to season it, so if it looks dirty, it probably is, so wash it until its sparkly clean, and a good flavour coffee is guaranteed. I overwhelmingly prefer this one to the bialetti, as it produces a consistent result every time. Make sure you wash it before first use with either the dishwasher or washing up liquid and rinse with clean water, and you are good to go. Personally i intend to put it in the dishwasher 1nce every week and just clean water rinse in between. Overall I strongly recommend this one. Its also german made, and it lives up to the reputation of german products being reliable and sturdy. Highly recommended!

My only beef with this 6 cup is that its capacity is smaller than my last Stellar coffee maker, however it still makes 2 mugs of latte in this house. It doesn’t leak when not over filled. It will squeal if heated too fast too hot, so just moderate temperature. On my electric hob the metal handle does not get hot, but maybe it would on a raging gas hob! Makes decent coffee, flavour depends more on the quality of your grind. I’d recommend this for a steel coffee maker.

Looks really nice. Worked really well for 5 weeks then the safety valve was continually open meaning it would not make coffee any more. Turns out amazon's 'return period' is 4 weeks. Very disappointed ***edit*** to be fair the seller read my one star review above and issued a refund. Revised to 3 star

Add to that visible corrosion on internal steel after 1 week of careful, immediate cleaning (no acids, no neglect), and the picture becomes clear: You’re selling ritual-grade aesthetics in a material shell that doesn’t hold the line. The surface now looks like it fought a losing battle with humidity and time—this is not 304 stainless steel at its peak, and definitely not what you promise. If you’re going to appeal to the detail-oriented, high-performance crowd, then your build quality needs to honor the standard we bring to the table. Right now? This feels like mass-market shortcuts dressed in artisan drag. 👎 Not Gabzane-approved.

Il caffè sale letteralemente in 2-3 minuti, pazzesco. Alle prime prove sembrava che il caffè non salisse bene (solo fino a metà) ma poi abbiamo capito che, se utilizzi il caffè in polvere solito, ne devi semplicemente mettere meno . Davvero ottima <3

prima komt twee kleine bekers koffie uit prima je kan niet lang wachten voor je 2 de beker dan kan het al wat koud zijn . ik kook het elektrich en het warter gedeelte word dan donker blijft niet glanzen hoe dat komt ? ? maar verders prima koffie .. ( is van rvs dus iets zwaarder van gewicht )
