Newer refrigerators don’t keep up with our family’s demand for ice, so we bought this countertop ice maker. We are beyond pleased. It makes plenty of ice, is nice to look at, and is fairly quiet. We have an older model in our camper, and that one is MUCH more noisy.

This inexpensive ice maker is easy to use and just what we expected. Makes ice quickly and you can adjust the cube size. Love it!

We love this! Only thing we don't like is it only makes large ice no matter what we've tried.

Makes great ice fast! Customer service is also great! First one sent to me did not work. They replaced it in a reasonable fashion!

Fast and easy. getting to the ice making probes to clean is a bit difficult. Otherwise this machine made ice within 5 minutes of starting up. Works very well, so far.

This is a Christmas give for my grown children and they love it. They use it at their home. Sits on their countertop.

I bought this ice maker in January, 2020, and within a week or so noticed that it would cycle on and off every few seconds once the ice basket was full. The fan in the ice maker is very noisy so it's very annoying. I contacted the manufacturer via Amazon but they could not seem to understand why this would be a problem. First they suggested that it was normal behavior if the ice basket was NOT full (which was not the problem), then they suggested I just turn it off. I had a nearly identical ice maker that I bought from Cabela's a couple of years ago and it never had such a problem. Guess this was a lemon.

Love this ice machine. Would recommend to any ice loving person
