**Q: Is this gluten free**
A: No. I believe they use flower as biding agent. But osem chicken consomme is gluten free and very similar flavor.

**Q: How much water is needed per cube? Ive never used this before but i want try it and i am unable to find the instructions in English**
A: Depends on what you want to use for.
I would say 350ml-400ml water for one cube for vegetable soup. I also use this for making meat sauce, white sauce!

**Q: Is this shipped from japan or us? last time i ordered this was shipped from japan and collected by us customs**
A: us

**Q: Is this a clear consume like what is served in Chinese restaurant for Wonton soup?**
A: Yes, very similar - We use this a lot for Asian cooking, or just to enjoy a hot cup of consume.  It's much better than the Korr brand. A quality Japanese company makes it.
