I have read numerous books on foot reflexology and after taking an on line certification course in foot reflexology I decided to purchase this full color plastic laminated (Rainbow Foot Reflexology/Acupressure Massage) chart. I got it for a bargain price on Amazon along with two other color charts. This is an amazing chart and it is a must have product to own if you are into foot reflexology and acupressure. The front side shows the bottom of the right and left foot and the five zones of each foot. It also shows the specific areas of the foot that affect other parts of the body. It also provides a detailed summary of how reflexology works and the many health issues that can be helped using reflexology. I strongly advise anyone who orders this chart to first read a good basic manual on foot reflexology in order to better understand the essential details shown in this color chart. If you can get your husband to use this on your feet, you will never regret it. It works. The one I had before was the size of a credit card. This is great and really explains a lot.

Helpful if you are interested in hand and feet reflexology. Certain points in hands and feet represent a particular organ. By massaging the area or pressing into it, you can get relief. It's informative, and aligns with even spiritual beliefs.

I'm familiar with what should be on these charts and the chart materials used over many years. Tho I need a bit more time to scrutinized the info, thru personal use. I'd say 1st day feel them out was clear, accurate. Easy and sharp graphics for fast clear use. The materials, and print above standard. Especially for the good price +fast delivery. Best of its type yet. I will buy others in larger varieties. If I'm using these for my own personal + families health and well being, which requires accuracy. Be cut I feel the body paths well. If there are any errors you bet I'll be bitching. I Am + expect to be satisfied. All around! Sorry I didn't buy more than 2. Durable to! 5 stars require more info usage. Tho not traditional western medicine, my need exceed traditional medicine for most of my life. If you need them, you get my point.

This helpful guide shows you the pressure points on your feet that corresponds with the different organs in your body. This allows a person to figure out what they could do to help themselves feel better. Sometimes just rubbing certain pressure points can help your body function better.

What I really like about the foot massage chart poster is that it has a lot of valuable information condense about the organs of the body.
