Exceptional thus far, truly silent and easy to install
2025 update, 4 years old it's perfect. I'd trust this thing with my life lol Review Update - itโs now been almost 2 years and this guy is still silent and still working perfectly. A true 5 stars. Original Review: I've previously had condensate pumps from Little Giant, the de facto option at most big box home improvement retailers and the choice of many HVAC pros. The units are reliable, but they're also objectively ugly and can be heard clearly when pumping. When we decided to place a continuous service dehumidifier in our master bath (NYC apartment without vent fan means during humid summers, tons of bathroom mold growth and general nastiness unless you do something about the moisture) I wanted something that wouldn't look so industrial - the Little Giant units were fine in a basement or crawlspace, but this was going to be visible every time we use our bathroom and my wife was not on board. Enter the Fujiwara unit - I'll admit I bought mostly on aesthetics, but what has really impressed me is that these units are truly silent. Not "hard to hear" or "silent from a distance", I mean literally silent - I used clear tubing and still had to hold a flashlight to the line to confirm it was actually pumping when I did a test run and poured water from a bottle into the unit before connecting to the dehumidifier. It's now been about 3 months and the unit hasn't missed a beat - it is still silent, still incredibly effective and showing no signs of slowing down. It's small enough that I was able to attach it to the dehumidifier itself with adhesive velcro pads and tuck out of sight. I will update if there are any reliability issues down the line, but so far this is the best condensate pump option on the market by a long shot!

DO NOT BUY! TAKE MY ADVICE
I am a licensed HVAC professional who purchased five FUJIWARA FUJ-24L condensate pumps from your listing for installation in a commercial facility. I am writing to formally document the significant defects, misleading product documentation, and resulting property damage caused by these units, and to demand full and immediate resolution of this matter today. DEFECT #1 - UNDISCLOSED WEEP HOLE: Each of the five units contains a weep hole at the very bottom of the water reservoir tank. This hole is not mentioned anywhere in the included operation manual. There is no warning, no installation note, and no reference whatsoever to the existence of this hole or the rubber plug required to seal it. As a direct result of this critical documentation failure, all five pumps were installed without the plugs seated, causing immediate water leakage at the installation site. The customer contacted us reporting water damage. We were forced to make emergency service calls to all five locations, seal the holes with silicone sealant, and wait 24-48 hours for curing before units could be tested. This caused significant labor costs, downtime, and serious customer dissatisfaction that directly damaged our professional reputation and our relationship with this commercial client. DEFECT #2 - NON-FUNCTIONAL PROBE SENSING SYSTEM: After sealing the weep holes and restoring power, all five units displayed a red blinking indicator light and failed to operate entirely. Extensive troubleshooting was performed including extended power cycling exceeding 10 minutes per unit, priming reservoirs with water prior to startup, verifying all discharge line connections, verifying voltage and polarity, and physically inspecting all internal components. None of these steps resolved the fault condition. The operation manual contains zero documentation regarding the meaning of the red blinking indicator light, zero fault codes, and zero troubleshooting guidance for this failure mode. A review of verified purchaser reviews on your own listing confirms this is a known and widely recurring issue. One reviewer specifically documents that the probe sensing system uses two metal rods that must both be submerged to trigger pump activation, that this system is fundamentally prone to failure and contamination, and that the manufacturer deliberately sealed the reservoir with a tamper-proof plug that causes leaking if opened for maintenance, intentionally preventing any servicing of the component most likely to fail. DEFECT #3 - MISLEADING PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS: The listing describes this pump as suitable for professional HVAC installation. Verified purchaser reviews spanning multiple years document a persistent pattern of probe sensor failures, relay failures, chronic weep hole leaking, and units failing within 12 months of installation. A 32-year licensed HVAC mechanic left a verified review confirming these exact defects. This product is not suitable for professional installation and continuing to market it as such is deliberately misleading to professional buyers who depend on accurate specifications to protect their customers and their businesses. FINANCIAL IMPACT: Five units purchased. Five emergency service calls made. Significant labor costs incurred. Customer relationship seriously damaged. Units remain completely non-functional after all reasonable troubleshooting was exhausted. Professional-grade replacement pumps were sourced at additional expense to rectify this installation properly. DEMAND: Full refund for all five units immediately. Correct your product listing to disclose the weep hole defect and the documented probe sensor failure pattern. A detailed public review warning other HVAC professionals will be posted. This listing will be reported to Amazon product quality enforcement. Response and refund initiation expected within 48 hours. Failure to respond will result in escalated claims through Amazon buyer protection and consumer protection authorities.

Good pump for the money
This pump is easy to install and does itโs job. One problem I see is that the power cord is removable and just plugs into the pump. But it plugs in at the top of the unit right next to the water inlet. When I tested the pump after installing it, it dripped some water on the cord, which promptly seeped into the connector and I got a mild shock. If you are mounting it, maybe plug the cord in before mounting to the wall and seal the space around the cord and the housing with some silicone to make sure no water enters the connections. Having said that, it would probably also good to plug it into a GFCI.

Works well and looks good.
Quiet and efficient! Much more attractive than those others that I see around. I like that it works on any power source that the mini-split operates on

Condensate pump.
Better quality and easier installation and serviceable than the mini tank and remote pump type. Modern neat looking that mounts adjacent to the inside unit. Easier to servive if lint or dust get into the reservoir.

Good value
I started purchasing these after a smaller internal pump went out on one of my mini-splits. That pump was going to cost $300 to replace so I started looking for alternatives. Since then I have purchased five of these and so far I am pleased with them and they appear to work well. The attached picture is not a great picture but shows how I have mounted them. The drain tubbing goes through the wall, where I connected it to a PVC pipe with a slight downward angle as it runs to the outside of the building.
