Ordered this after so much hype about talbinah in the recent few days. I have to say, it is worth the hype. The product is made in such a way that it satiates your hunger and sugar pangs quite effectively. It can be made easily in just a few minutes, as it is ready to use and you may add your choice of toppings (I tried raisins, dried figs, dried apricots..) to experiment with texture and taste. Just a few spoons yield a medium bowl full of meal and if consumed at dinner time, it is surely going to make you stay full till breakfast. An absolutely diet food, if you want to switch to healthy eating without compromising on portion size.
