Excellent high-protein snack that stays fresh without refrigeration
There are lots of "parmesan crisp" products on the market, but cheeses like gouda and cheddar are very rare to find in a dried form. The Moon Cheese cheddar product is great, but the smooth mild flavor of the "Oh My Gouda" is my favorite. This a great high-protein low-carb snack (or even a meal replacement in a pinch) on the go - no refrigeration required so it's always fresh.

Real 100% cheese crisps!
Just tried these and they are definitely one of my new favorites for cheese crisp snacks. The gouda flavor is authentic with no flour or fillers, etc. This is my second purchase and won't be my last.

perfect taste and texture, genuinely could not get enough of these
my only complaint is how expensive these are because i could genuinely eat a bag of these for every snack every day!! the texture is exactly what i was looking for, the flavor is PHENOMINAL, zero complaints when it comes to that. i just wish i could buy more! definitely not an accessible common-to-have snack if you're very low income.

Good but way over priced.
I thought they tasted good, but way Overpriced, the price should be about 2 bucks a pack. I had to try them knowing I would never buy them again when they are so over priced.

My Favorite Low Carb Desk Snack
If you like cheese crisps you will like these. They are baked crunchy nuggets of gouda that hit that salty snack craving without carbs. I keep a bag at work and one in the car. Nice protein boost and they do not get smashed like chips.

Garbage.
Picked these up because I had a craving for something cheesy and regret it heavily - all three bags were stale and tasted strange. Nobody in the house wanted it; they went directly into the trash.
