If the end of your headset is standard USB, all this cable does is make that cable longer. **Q: Does anyone make a 6' version with flat cable instead of round?** A: I googled 6’ flat usb extension cable and several things came up. I did not investigate and would not be able to make a recommendation. **Q: Can this be used for led light strip???** A: I can't answer this specifically but the Sabrent is supposedly rated as a 3.0 extension cable and 3.0 specs allow for up to 4.5 watts of power to USB devices. I have a cordless screwdriver for which the battery is recharged via a USB connector on a wall plug.
