Clover Amour Crochet Hook (7.0 mm),Yellow

These are the best crochet hooks I've ever used!! My hand doesn't cramp when I use these and they're just comfortable to hold. They're not too big or too little. They're very smooth on every type of yarn I've used them on. This was a replacement as my dog got hold of 7.0 a bit ago and it hasn't been as comfortable to hold with the handle all chewed up. I'm so thankful to have one that is comfortable again. If you haven't tried these crochet hooks yet, I recommend at least purchasing one and give it a try. If you like it, they do come in a very nice set.

I'm definitely not a fan of plastic hooks but Clover Amour are the only hooks I use. They are so comfortable! I crochet A LOT and just love them.

This specific line of Clover hooks are the BEST the brand makes. I have hand pain if I use any other hooks. So smooth, yarn glides like a dream! And the best price for them is through Amazon. I definitely would recommend buying the multi-size packs if you use multiple sizes, to really get a good deal. I only have two gripes - 1. I wish the handles were longer or had longer handle options in the Amour line, but thats personal preference. And 2. I wish all the sizes came with metal hooks. The larger sizes are plastic - I don’t enjoy those as much as I think the yarn doesn’t slide through nearly as well. Hoping they make a metal version of the larger sizes in the future. But i tell everyone don’t waste money on Boyes or Susan Bates - just get these.

I needed a 7mm hook. I bought one from a yarn company. It was nice but didn't quite fit right. I read a lot about ergonomic hooks and this one was a top winner. So, I tried it - not sure about the non-metal hook. It arrived and I tried it in place of the other hook. Oh my gosh! This thing is WONDERFUL! I am a pretty consistent crocheter stitch wise, but I think my stitches look even more uniform using this hook. It is lightweight and the feel of the handle is just right for me. It doesn't feel tacky, but it is not hard and slick, either. (I REALLY dislike the Clover Soft Touch hooks. The handle is hard and slick and it is a little shorter than this hook). I feel like I am crocheting faster with this. It seems to be a combo between the Bates style and the Boye style hooks. It is just perfect for me. (I crochet left-handed and use the knife hold. I tried the pencil hold and it seems to be great for that, too). I can crochet without hand pain and tension. I love this hook so much that I ordered the B-J set and all of the larger hooks. HIGHLY recommend these!

This is always the right choice. It is extremely smooth to work with. It is very comfortable to hold. It is light weight and easy on my arthritic hands. They're a little pricey but well worth it.

Title says it all - I continue to love Clover amour hooks. They are comfortable to hold and my yarn always glides well on these hooks. 7.0mm hooks seem to be difficult to find so I was very happy to find this one. It works well, is good quality, and a great price all things considered! Highly recommend this and all Clover amour hooks!

I didnt think hooks mattered that they are all the same. So I used the cheap 2 dollar ones. I just started crocheting and I didn't know anyone to ask. Then I found a clover hook on clearance at a hobby store. And I was, well, hooked! This glides like butter. Feels very comfortable in my hand and I don't tire as quickly. I have learned however that if I switch between different hooks I can work hours longer and this is now one of two I trade between. I'm getting so much more done! I love the neon colors it makes it much easier to find.

Had to wait a short while to be shipped from the UK and in the interim she used a cheaper hook from $2 Shop. She says the difference is immeasurable (this is the brand she always uses).
