They look too big but when you consider that the boot has thick lining inside, they actually fit just snugly enough. I do have wide feet and they still feel comfy.The buttons on the sides could be sewn tighter.These are a simple, one/two season pair of boots and the price is right for that. They are warm and soft. The faux fur is not falling out, even with a gentle tug. The buttons are a cute detail. The black is true black. The soles are actually made of rubber, unlike other manufacturers that use some type of cardboard press board for their boot soles. I live in Cali so I can only attest to these being cute and useful for the cold and rain. They are not water proof.I would buy this boot again and in other varieties if I wasn't so deeply put off by the shipping and processing (for which I will NOT make another purchase)The reason I docked two stars is because the shipping time was an absolute joke. 2 weeks to ship across a couple of states. I tried to update my shipping choice for faster shipping several times to no avail. I watched my order sit untouched for over a week. When they finally did process it, it only took a couple days to actually ship. I didn't expect the shipping to take so long, and I still dont understand why my order just sat for so long untouched.
