Equipment Operation
Good phone, excellent material, there was a problem with the internal battery that I had to replace personally On 07/23/2021 I bought this phone again, the battery life and the resistant housing are impressive, it is a phone to last, a little big compared to other brands but it is due to the battery it uses.

Quality and appearance
This product truly looks like a child's toy sealed up plastic. I learned my lesson, for any electronics stick with the known brands they have a reputation to protect. I had to returned it without a second thought. I think Amazon should be doing some kind of quality control before allowing a product to he sold on their platform. Not cool.

2g phone refuses to activate with TracFone.
After I finally pried the case open to put in the sim card and battery, the phone turned on ok but refused to activate with a new TracFone sim card. I tried both sim card slots and both imei numbers. There was NO user manual and the interface is near impossible to figure out. NOT FOR SENIORS!! Returned this phone which appeared to have great potential. It just wouldn't work.
