These labels provide a great service to us. They were easy to write on with a 0.5 ink pen. Adding 1/8"-1/4" width would be helpful, but I wrote smaller. I would recommend buying these.

If you're tired of losing cases because neither you, nor the judge/jury know what documents you are referencing in court then these are definitely a must buy. Place them on a document or other physical evidence and everyone will know just whose evidence it is - the Plaintiff's obviously! Court Clerks will love you (if they wanted a job putting stickers on papers they would have become elementary school teachers) and adverse witnesses will cower, knowing that they are dealing with someone who had so much time to prepare they had time left over to pre-mark exhibits. (Pro Tip: Although the labels are high quality and largely get the job done on their own, I find that writing a numeral below the word "exhibit" really helps organize things - especially if you use different numbers for different documents. I think that once you try this method the real power of the labels shines and you won't go back.) As an added benefit, I find that the label comes out really well when you are photocopying documents. I don't know if this is intentional but if it is, I give Tabbies a lot of credit. I would have had to buy a lot more labels if I had to put new ones on each photocopied exhibit - hopefully the Tabbies shareholders don’t get greedy and change anything. If there is one knock to the labels, it's that I'm not entirely sure they are really up for complex litigation. I fear that in a case where there are multiple plaintiffs the reckless use of these labels could lead to total chaos in the courtroom. God forbid that Defense counsel gets cute and starts using these labels calling itself a “Counterclaim-Plaintiff.” In short, way to go Tabbies! If ethical rules allowed it, I would cut you in on the proceeds of my next big verdict.

These are highly effective purely as adding a psychological punch to your legal framework. I was involved in a pro se v pro se matter and induced a sense of panic in my opponent leading to a solution of justice. You’d be surprised at the level of impact these stickers have on an uninformed, unskilled party party versus not having them where it adds the appearance of an attorney even at limited scope representation (office advice for in court procedure) and can be that extra grain of rice that can tip the scale.
