This was easy to install as long as you remember the blue wire (neutral in the UK) Connect's to the light and the white wire is the neutral. would recommend

I’ve been trying to use less Tuya/Smartlife stuff as I use Home Assistant as my smart home hub and prefer local connectivity. I’ve been using this for over 18 months now and while I do have issues with connectivity to homeassistant via Tuya integration (mostly after a power outage) a restart fixes it right away. The hardware itself has been flawless and works as intended, the remote is responsive although I hardly ever use it as I use to home assistant and Alexa as my primary forms of operation.

Good functionality and light weight. Easy to install, all in all a very good upgrade.

Works great, has revitalised a ceiling fan that had remained non-functional since we moved into our house. The smart version works well over wifi, and was only a couple of pounds extra.

Didn't work for my fan. So check wiring as that was the issue

I bought a cheap vidaXL fan for around £50 to go with this. I was concerned that this would not work properly without removing the speed capacitors that are already inside the fan and I was also concerned this little WIFI box would not physically fit inside the fan's cover. The worse thing about this purchase is not knowing what it is compatible with.However, the project went smoothly for me. I was able to fix this box next to the fan's ceiling bracket and the fan's cover went over the top of it. I also had no problem leaving the fan's built in capacitor connected ( I just left it's pull string on the highest setting).Not only can I control my fan and it's light from my echo show 5, I can also control it's speed. I have chosen to set up routines to make the fan do what I want from my own commands.I have now taken the project to the next level using a neo temperature/humidity sensor. This sensor is also a 'SmartLife' device which has allowed me to set up automation within the SmartLife app. As the temperature hits different setpoints (at certain parts of the day), my fan will automatically speed up, slow down or stop. This means that if the ambient temperature drops quickly at night, I won't wake up freezing cold.

The original westinghouse remote receiver failed so decided to upgrade,The qr code for the app didn't link to correct version but found on play store, it was a bit tricky to get the app and control working, but since then it's been fine, did think it would not fit and definitely a struggle but successful in the end.I would suggest cap off the oputs and connect power to in put and setup before installation you will hear the relays click

In sostituzione di un modello vecchio e rotto, non ho avuto problemi nell'installazione. Funziona a dovere, anche tramite app Smart Life, con la quale posso accedere/spegnere le pale e la luce (non la velocità delle pale) del mio ventilatore a soffitto. Una volta collegata all'app, l'integrazione con Alexa/Google Home è un gioco da ragazzi. Nel mio caso non sono riuscito a far lavorare il prodotto assieme agli altri interruttori della stanza, devo quindi lasciare questi ultimi accesi, controllando la luce e il ventilatore solo dal telecomando o da Alexa/Google home. Dovrò approfondire questo aspetto con un esperto.

Acheté pour remplacer le système FARO d'origine lumière + 3 vitesses de rotation. Boitier facile à connecter et télécommande fonctionne parfaitement... A voir quelle sera la durée dans le temps
