I've been taking these for 3 months now and am very pleased with them. I have better energy and my immune system has been phenomenal this cold and flu season. I've never had any upset stomach or weird burps from taking them. My only complaint is that amazon pharmacy doesn't have it set up to be a part of their med packs yet.

While I run and generally stay pretty healthy, my body temp was constantly about 1.5 degrees low. Did blood tests that found nothing and doc wasn't concerned, said it might be a vitamin deficiency. I tried another brand of vitamin first that was great, but it was over $1 per day to take. Since I take the liver supplement, I decided to try this one. So far, so good! I have more energy, my skin color actually looks better, and my body temp is back to normal. I take one with breakfast and one with dinner (it's two pills per day). There are a few things to consider when purchasing. First, make sure you take with food like it says. If you don't, you will burp the flavor of the vitamin, over and over. Not good! Next, be ready for your urine to turn neon yellow and smell like the vitamin. Finally, the pill is HUGE! It's not hard for me to take, but I can imagine for certain people, it will be too much. Outside of that, this is a great vitamin and is a great value.

Love this multi. I could love it more though. I’ll get to that in a bit. Great men’s multi especially if you have an enlarged prostate. I noticed a difference straight away after taking this multi. I’m 64 and I won’t ever look for another multi. All said you need to know one thing. This is a soft gel with liquid inside of the gel. The vast majority of the time these gel caps arrive in great shape. I try not to order during the warm summer months. I stock up in the winter months. But every now and then, maybe, maybe, once a year, one of the soft gels open prior to delivery and it can make quite a mess. You have to take out every soft gel and hopefully you can find the leaker. This last time, last month, I could not find a leaker. As you can see from the picture it’s quite a process but one that I don’t mind all that horribly much to do, like I said once a year. As long you know ahead of time that this multi , or any liquid cap, can leak, pull the trigger and order these guys. They will make you feel like Superman.

I was hopeful these would benefit me. I’m a healthy 31 year old male and just wanted a little health boost. Had to stop taking them after 2 days. They dried my mouth out and caused my heart to race/made me jittery, yet run down feeling. Plus the smell and taste is so strong that you taste/smell it for hours after taking. Cant say I’d recommend them for anyone

These have all the things I have been getting from way more expensive supplements which require you to take a lot more pills. These are a great deal.

I have been using these for a while and have them on subscription. They are large but easy to swallow and a good price.

I live in Japan, and they don't sell anything like this stuff. Take two teaspoons a day, and you will never have a problem! The package works really well, but I removed the pour spout so I could get my teaspoon in easier. I take it every night with a small cup of water, but I can also have it in my tea, fruit juice, coffee, and any other drink. There is no flavor, so you can put it in anything and it will taste exactly the same! Hell you could even have a glass of wine it.
