I was skeptical of the Osteo Bi-Flex claims of benefits, particularly of the 7 day improvement , however, after using it for about a week, I can attest to the remarkable effects. My personal experience is similar. My left knee no longer clicks (damaged meniscus) with the frequency that it did for a half-dozen years and I can do squatting and lunging exercises without pain now.
