Great fish food for beta fish

This food was absolutely worth every penny. When my cousin gave me Ocean (beta), he came with long, red worm-like food, but I noticed that when I fed him he was having trouble eating them, and most (if not all) of the food would then sink to the bottom. So I would have to feed him slowly, one by one and I would have to watch and make sure that he actually ate, so that he wouldn’t end up starving, but now he has no issues with eating at all; though sometimes he tries to jump at the food which causes him to miss, so when that happens the food will occasionally start floating away and then get caught up in the filter, but the food doesn’t really sink. Sometimes it’ll fall down a little bit, but then it’ll slowly float back up, or he’ll chase it down and gulp it up real quick lol but he really loves this food. His color also got a lot brighter and that didn’t really take too long to happen, but if there’s any uneaten pieces, make sure to get them out of the tank. After a few minutes or so they’ll swell up and I don’t want him, or any other fish, to try and eat it and end up choking on it or anything. Idk if that’s possible or not, but I still don’t want to chance it.

I switched to this fish food because the other food with the color enhancer I was using was making our tank so dirty! It was also too big and was just sinking. This food is perfect! Smaller size so easier to eat and floats longer keeping the tank cleaner longer. Would recommend for Beta!

It’s good food and perfect for betta. But my food has a label already peeling off, right out of the box. It’s a minor complaint but it’s a little annoying.

I purchased this item to alternate my bettas diet. They are much smaller and softer than pellets making it much easier for my small Betta to consume. If you’re not sure how much to sprinkle, I read that your Betta should be able to consume the entire feeding within 2 feedings so use trial and error and remove any remaining food your fishy doesn’t have time to eat within the 2 minute time period.

My beta loves these pellets. I wanted something that was small enough for him to eat efficiently while still being a floating food to fit his natural feeding habits. The bottle is small but filled and will most likely outlast my beta. Note: Because it is a floating food I purchased a floating ring that sits at the top of the water that I put the food in. My fish knows exactly where to go when its feeding time and this allows for me to watch how much he is actually eating. Nothing floats away though the tank. It also helps me to keep down on wasted food because they don't float away from him.

The dry food I used to give my bettas dropped out of circulation, they only sell the smallest size. I've been seeking similar size food for a while. Most everything turned out too big or very hard. This food is hard, but not bad, and the size is perfect. Each betta will eat 3 of these 2-3 times a day.

The price ($6.49 on 8-1-22) is fair. In my economic MIND, the majority of pricing is unfair to the consumer. Their customer service is Superb...Immediate!! They patiently guided me through me initial disassembling/cleaning of the filter and made a follow-up call on the video they sent to assist me .I use their H20 CONDITIONER (the best = crystal clear) and their filter cartridges. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND FOR OUR BETTAS' OPTIMUM HEALTHY. Gratitude to Aqueon!!

very small amount for the cost

My beta loves this food. I have tried others that he either doesn't bother with, he spits it out or it sinks too quickly and he can't swim fast enough to get it. This one floats nicely so I dont have food sitting at the bottom of the tank. Isn't too big. Perfect size for Sushi. And he devours it as soon as it hits the water. Win win. I feed this along with freeze dried blood worms. His colour is bright, fins are healthy and he is energetic.

Good quality and my fish likes it. Good size as well and the pellets are a uniform size, making them easily usable with automatic feeders.

He loves them. Very small and no doubt tasty. No waste as they float while he gobbles them up. Slightly more expensive but worth it. Recommend highly
