Slouchy Thigh High Knit Dance Leg Warmers

These leg warmers are fantastic! I first got the charcoal pair, and I loved them so much that I ordered the burgundy pair. I think I may end up completing the collection.These leg warmers are thick, but they are soft and quite well-knit. They are super long, so you can cover your entire legs if you’re not too tall. Both ends have different styles of finishing: One end has an elastic band to keep the warmer in place, and the other end has a ruffled, soft and “lazy” finish. I like to wear leg warmers with my jeans and trousers during the winter because I hate thermal underwear, but the ones I had were not warm or long enough. These are perfect, and I use the differently styled ends to my advantage. If the jeans are on the snug side, I wear the warmers with the ruffled end at the top and the elastic end at the bottom. The elastic end stays put right above my shoes and the jeans hold the ruffled ends in place. If I’m wearing more loose-fitting clothes, I wear the warmers with the elastic end up, so they stay in place, and the ruffled ends poke out of the trousers and hang on the shoes; it looks really cute!I love these, they’re soft, warm, beautiful and versatile. The shipment was received in time in good condition. As soon as I opened the cellophane and felt the soft cushy-ness of these leggings, I was pleased.These are very long! They have a slightly frilled end that is the top, and a sewn turned hem on the ankle end. They fit well above my knee without constriction and not too tight down over the ankle with lots of soft "slouchy" rumples in between. I find that most pajamas and nightgowns leave a chilly gap over my shins above bedsocks. Kneesocks are usually too tight, or slump down. Tights are too uncomfortable. Some reviews commented on an itchiness. I found trying them on they are slightly itchy, but I think as I fall asleep with warm shins it won't be noticed. I will handwash them with some woolite and fabric softener, and see it that helps the fibers to relax, but it is not uncomfortable- I plan to order another pair right away! Edited to add: it's 5 monthes and these leg warmers are still in good condition and have been so useful in keeping my shins warm. Laundered often by hand with woolite and rolled in towel to press out water, line dry. I did order a second pair, and alternating these helps extend their life, I'm sure. They stretch after wear but go back to shape. I guess I wear them upside down, but it works for me. I recommend them because they are not tight and circulation is not cut off while sleeping. Very comfortable!

I have always had problems with my thighs (not my calves, mind you!) getting cold and even numbish when the temperature dropped. Regular leg warmers never worked, of course so I hunted around for a solution and found it with these extra long leg warmers. I wanted something I could quickly put on over my regular pants for short winter walks and could just as quickly take off when I was back indoors. These work great for me. My husband and I go on Zoo Walks, so I can slide these on in the car on the way there and take them off when we're done. So far they are keeping my legs warm enough (so at least my thighs don't get numb!) in our Michigan winter weather. I wouldn't say they keep my legs toasty warm, but at least they keep much of the cold out. They are nice and long (I am 5'5" and there is length to spare) and wide enough to cover all my thighs, and I am not petite! The only thing I have found, for me, is that as I walked they tended to slide down a bit. I believe this is because I like to wear them to cover my entire thigh and I wear them over jeans. I remedied this by attaching large safety pins to the top of the warmers and pinned them up near the pockets of my jeans and this works great. I would recommend these to people in my same predicament.

These are great leg warmers as they do not stretch out and they keep their shape. They stay “up/on” my legs nicely and do not slip down. They are extremely soft and keep me warm and they’re very comfortable. They are very well-made. They come in a cute little bag.To me it is a great item and money well spent. I bought several pairs as gifts.

They keep my legs warm and they are comfortable. They are not itchy at all. The elastic isn't tight but it does make my legs look a little ugly where they grip. They slide occasionally and I do have to tug on them to keep them in place. I rated it 4 stars because they are pretty, a good price and comfortable. They seller shipped them quickly as well

This was the perfect gift from my husband this past winter!My legs are rather large and I can't find many sexy stockings that fit without causing huge bulges where they pinch the skin around my legs. These fit very well and stay up on my legs pretty well too! I usually find that they don't slide down as much when they're freshly washed and snug, but are a little less snug after wearing a few times. They stay up especially well when I wear leggings underneath. They are VERY warm - allowing me to stay nice and toasty when wearing items such as skirts in Alaskan winters. I have received several compliments about these and just had to have another pair in a different color! Highly recommended.

Very cute, but they don’t stay up. These are very long on my legs because I am only 5’2”. The only way they semiI stay up on your leg is if they are all the way up by your crotch, even then they still continue to fall down. They are a medium thicknes, and they are a good quality. Each time you wash these they lose elasticity, even though I hang them up to dry. I have worn these quite a few times, but I plan on buying sewing silicone elastic to sew on the top so they will stay put on my legs.

Good leggings. Would buy again. Perfect for winter in Canada.
