I can’t believe this thing has been around for as long as it has and I’m just now finding out about it. This shouldn’t be as big of a problem for me as it is…at 50 years of age. But until I can take time off for a hysterectomy (uterus containing a single fibroid almost as large as my uterus itself)…..this has been my reality. RX drugs have brought me some relief….but I still needed to wear pads for accidents. I have gone an entire week using this device, running, lifting weights, moving quickly working in a level 1 trauma facility in the operating room. Not a single accident. I wore a pad the first 2 days and got brave and went without after those initial first days. I’ve been working on regaining a stronger pelvic floor but working on my pelvic tilt, posture, etc wasn’t getting anywhere. I’m now realizing that was all because when I corrected my posture I would leak urine. So with this device in place, I am better able to work on my posture and therefore sources of physical pain or other again issues. I had truly forgotten what it was like. Grateful for this device and wish my physician that I see specifically for this issue had told me about it.

I would not recommend this device for bladder support. It was very difficult to use and was not comfortable. I unfortunately didn't use it right away and by the time I tried it the time was up for being able to return it. So I was just out my money, and this sits on my bathroom shelf as a reminder to try my items right away so they can be returned if I don't like them.

So for me size isn’t an issue. I could see this being tight and uncomfortable if you run small for the tampons. I’m using ultra plus these days after having my son so again no issues with inserting. he had a huge head and did some damage on the way out to the wall by the bladder. This product is a game changer for me. So far I’ve tested it with 4.5 mile run and not a single leak. I can tell there’s pressure like I want to pee, which without it I totally would have by mile 2. (Ran a 5k and peed all over myself and was soaked by the time I finished) So happy to be running again like pre pregnancy. I’m gonna finally sign up for a half marathon. That’s how confident I feel again thanks to this product. I give it 95% effectiveness.

This product for me is not nearly as effective as the Poise applicators. I am so disappointed. The product is comfortable but doesn't seem to put the proper pressure based on the design.

This device works as advertised, but I wish it was a bit smaller. The inserter/plunger is about twice the size of a super-absorbency tampon. I felt the bladder support device pushing down on my rectum and rubbing above my pubic bone, especially while walking. It wasn't painful, but I could definitely feel it, which according to the advertisement, is not normal. I unsuccessfully tried inserting it further. I just think it was too big for me. The device measures 2-3/4" x 2-1/4" x 3/4". I ended up removing the device after 6 hours of use because it was irritating. It was easy to remove, but again, uncomfortable to do. It was easy to clean. I had no issues urinating normally with the device. IMO, great idea, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are petite, or if you think your vaginal canal is short, or if you think your uterus is prolapsing.

Wish I had known about this for the past 20 years. I can now run and do HIIT training without any leakage. Super easy to use, & I don’t know it’s there. It’s crazy that something so simple has such a big impact on my daily life!

Did not work at all for me. It was too flimsy/pliable.

I absolutely love the this product. I have what I consider quite severe bladder control issues. Was very skeptical but knew immediately I felt more confident. While inserted everything feels more intact.

I do quite a high impact sport & also lift heavy weights and was really struggling with stress incontinence to the point where it made me slow down or completely avoid certain exercises or weights (skipping, heavy squatting and jumping being the worst). I’ve tried many different “solutions” but this one has worked perfectly. Genuinely cannot explain how much of a difference this makes. When skipping I’d usually manage no more than 20 skips and have to stop and take a moment to compose myself before going again and after a while even those breaks wouldn’t stop it as I’d be too fatigued to hold it, as soon as I’d get tired even the smaller movements would be an issue. Now I can manage big sets of them. I’ve read it may not be suitable for everybody but it’s definitely worked for me and whilst not cheap, I’m glad I have it a go and I’m more than happy to pay it if it stops the issues I’ve been having.

Fonctionne très bien pour moi, j ai visionné une vidéo sur YouTube pour voir comment l installer et ça a très bien fonctionné. Aucune fuite pendant la journée. J avais essayé les supports Uresta mais ça ne me conviens pas . Alors oui c est plus cher mais ça vaut la peine et fini les couches et les serviettes d incontinence

The device works well. I’m pleased. Fully reusable. However you get 30 sterile strings with the kit. If you need more the price and delivery price is unreasonable. I can’t find the strings anywhere else globally!! They need to be like tampon strings. Sterile and comfy.
