It’s kind of like peanut brittle. They are pretty crunchy. However, they are delicious.

How far out is the expiry date?

The expiration date on the bottom of the can I bought on July 21, 2021 appears to be July 26, 2022. Hope this helps. This crunch is absolutely delicious!
