At just 221 pages, it’s a manageable read, and a great resource for newer agents and seasoned realtors. Definitely a book l’d keep on hand rather than read once and forget. Very well written book!
An essential book for anyone beginning or wanting to grow in their real estate journey. The author does a great job at teaching little techniques to win over people and close sells!

Lots of good information
There’s tons information in this book. One thing it did help me notice is when someone is selling me using one of these techniques. People use these techniques often. Overall great book, I’ll also have to add my own twist so I’m not sounding like everyone else.

Great for getting charged up for your next meeting!
This book is great to just open up, pick a random page, read a few lines to take with you on your next appointment. These are incredible phrases, lines of conversation and sentences to arm yourself with to lead your client engagements toward the outcomes you desire. Not only that, they will help you come across as a very thoughtful, considerate and intelligent real estate agent who can help people achieve their goals. Highly recommend for all sales agents.

Wow! This is the "cat's meow", meaning purfect book for real estate agents,
I wish I could give it to all the agents in town. My copy was wire spiral bound, an excellent choice. I highly recommend this for all agents and the more generic book "Exactly what to say" for everyone else. This is genius, it's great for anyone who struggles for words to say in different situations. I took notes and studied it for hours. We all could use a "script writer" from time to time!

Salespersons Guide to the Galaxy.
It is not an easy task to stay in our lanes year after year. This book refreshed me about thoughts, dispositions, attitudes, and word tracks that I had let fall by the wayside over the years. Reenforcing classic and standard protocols and procedures to best serve our clientele with professional direction. Through changing markets and demographics it has helped me find my “center” again. Excellent book, for beginner or old pro. I do not agree and will not use everything, as some of it reaches back too far and has become a little trite, if not obsolete. Yet, most of it is encyclopedic of what is effective. Listened to the Audio, and found myself taking so many notes that I decided to buy it in paperback. I keep it in my desk drawer and read a chapter each day. Wish List: A Table of Contents, for quick reference.
