Linkind 6 Pack MR16 LED Bulbs Dimmable, 6.5W=70W 640lm 3000K GU5.3 Bi-Pin

I’ve been using the Linkind MR16 LED bulbs for a few weeks now, and they have exceeded my expectations. These bulbs are an excellent replacement for traditional halogen bulbs, offering a brighter, more energy-efficient lighting solution. The color temperature is spot-on, providing a crisp, clear light that works perfectly in my living room and kitchen. The dimmable feature is smooth, allowing for a wide range of brightness levels without any flickering. This is great for adjusting the ambiance in different rooms. Installation was a breeze thanks to the standard GU5.3 bi-pin base, and they fit perfectly into my existing light fixtures. Great brightness at this wattage and shade. Used on lighting up maple trees which replaced older 950 lumens at 2700k. New lights came with 5 watt bulbs at 2700k. These are 650 lumens at 3000k and looks better than the new bulbs lights came with and looks better than original 950 lumens bulbs at 2700k. Highly recommend especially if replacing 5 watt bulbs with same pin size which only puts out 450 lumens. Just make sure you account for extra wattage per light for transformer size or ones at the end of the line will flicker or not light up.

Caséta Dimmers & Switches will not work with these lights. Work well in places that are not connected with the Lutron Caséta Dimmers & Switches. If this is what you want to do, go to Lutron/Mr16 led light bulbs to find what will work. Otherwise these bulbs should work anywhere else.

easy to install and lighting is great

These Linkind MR16 LED bulbs are exactly what I needed. They’re super bright, but not harsh, and the color is crisp and natural. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the dimming function is—no flickering or buzzing, just clean transitions from bright to soft light. They were a perfect fit for my recessed fixtures, and they run cool to the touch, unlike the halogens I replaced. Energy-efficient, long-lasting, and great quality for the price—I’ll definitely be buying more for the rest of the house!

As best I can tell, these are the best and brightest bulbs for low voltage LED MR16, GU5.3. Most competitors offer 50 watt equivalents 500 lumens. These are considerably brighter and a good price point. I tried one other option from a different company (Wei), but that bulb’s light was too yellow.

I bought these because they had 20 five star reviews (Jan 2020), were dimmable, and claimed to be 70W versus 50W (which is most common). I have two lights in close proximity, so I left one light with a 50W Phillips Halogen and changed the other light to the Linkind LED bulb I am reviewing. Pros: - Very nicely packaged - light is very nice at 100% (not dimmed) Cons: - They flicker when dimmed. At low dimming, they sometimes just shut off completely. I thought one bulb could be defective. So, I tried with another one and got the same results. There is also a subtle delay when you turn them on while dimmed. - The bulbs are listed as 70W, but at 100%, the light was not any brighter than the 50W halogen. I was wondering how this product could have had 20 five star reviews and yet not meet expectations (especially on dimming). I re-read the reviews more carefully and noticed that pretty much all of them contain subtle uncommon grammatical errors and weird sentences. I'd be willing to bet that they are fake reviews and possibly machine generated. I returned the product as defective.

I liked the brightness and color temp, but they keep going out. I have to turn the switch off and then back on to get them to turn on again. Not sure if it's a light issue or if it doesn't like the Lutron System that controls my lighting. I installed 3 of the 6 in the pack and all 3 seem to have the same issue. I bought these to replace a few burned out Halco MR16 LED's and I may now understand why the Halco's were so much more expensive.

Exactly what I am looking for, 3000K, but I wish it could be a little brighter, like 800 LM, that would be perfect.
