But again, that's how it was for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best gluten free bread I have found *by P***R on July 3, 2022* I am a former professional baker and when I discovered my stomach issues were due to wheat, I was devastated. Needless to say, I've taken my search for a tasty gluten free bread very seriously over the past two years and, thus far, Simple Kneads is by far the best. NOTE: This bread is best when warmed up or toasted. If it is cold and made into a sandwich for eating at work for lunch, it gets kind of crumbly. That is the only downside in my opinion, but I would much rather have that be the issue than eat a bread filled with weirds gums that leave a strange aftertaste and texture in my mouth. This bread actually tastes like a fermented sourdough (because it is) which is a far superior flavor in my opinion than the bland gf breads on the shelves.
