A tiny extra step compared to mass marketed brands "complete" pancake mixes, but the sweet spot to this wonderful batter mix, outside of the taste, is that it has no additives or preservatives to dope up the mix (and your insides) with. It is a clean mixture of ingredients, leading to a healthier pancake.Price for that? You must mix oil and eggs together, then add the mix and water (or milk/buttermilk) into that, and whip it all together (big deal.. one extra step, takes 2 mins more)..Eat healthier, with this mix!! and it tastes WONDERFUL, I like the pancake flavor better as well, than mass marketed Buttermilk mixes..My Tips: Use whole milk or buttermilk for thicker batter, and in my opinion, tastier pancakes!Enjoy!!

This is my favorite mix. It is very fluffy AND has a wonderful taste. I was reading about the top ten pancake mixes in some magazine, and this brand was mentioned. I decided to try all top 10 mixes, and I felt this was the best. It has a slight sweetness and a delightful fluffiness and is just pancake perfection. Also the cost for the 6 pack was quite reasonable.

Easy to use. Makes delicious pancakes. But small box and expensive for what you get.
