Cold Start or Warm Start operation. Thermal Targeting feature factory set to off position. Activation of Thermal Targeting feature will adjust boiler water temperature according to changes in heat load. LWCO functionality automatically activated when installed on ElectroWell Review: Todo está funcionando perfectamente Review: Easier then I thought - Used this to replace a Honeywell L7148 F 1042 aquastat that was build into my Dunkirk boiler. The Honeywell was discontinued and they offered no replacement. Not saying much for Honeywell! I was told by several heating contractors that converting to another unit was going to be difficult and expensive and I should just buy a new boiler. Looking at the maze of wiring in the boiler I was at first intimidated. After taking some time to puzzle out the wiring diagrams, I determined that this was not rocket science and converting to this unit was not that difficult. After temporarily wiring in the unit to be sure it was going to function, I purchased the appropriate Molex connectors so I did not have to cut off the connectors in my boiler, thus keeping most of the boiler's indicator lights working. The only light that is not functioning is the circulator pump one. I wish this unit's many indicator lights (most of which never light up) would have included one for the circulator pump. That is the only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating. A nice feature of this unit is that it hold the circulator pump off until the boiler reaches 125 degrees. My old one did not do this and when the unit failed and the burner did not come on properly, the pump ended up circulating cold water endlessly.
