The Best Toffee Bits
I used to get Skor Toffee Bits in the grocery store but now I can only get it on line. I make Toffee Bars and I prefer to use the Skor Toffee bits. So I was happy to find them on Amazon. I've tried other brands but they're not as good. My only issue is that I can't get them in a 1 lb bag. I don't make them as often as I used to so I have to put them in the freezer.

Skor Toffee Bits
Let me start by saying that I love Skor bars. These toffee bits are great if you are like me. They are similar to the crunchy candy on the sides of a coffee crunch cake. They work well on Vanilla ice cream. Also works well as a fairly low calorie and lightweight dessert when sprinkled on whipped cream. Very fresh and crunchy. Just be sure to push out the air on the pacjage after use. I use a resealable vacuum bag on the unused portion.

I haven’t used these yet but they could be good on or in ice cream. I planned on baking with them. 3 lbs means I’ll have to do lots and lots of baking.

These are not authentic.......
I had bought these for a friend who often remembered a recipe that she made for her favorite cookies, and since the company did not make them anymore, she really missed them..... Found them on Amazon and ordered them......they were professionally sealed, but did not have a label.....everyone agreed that the color was not quite right, and although the cookies were very good, but just not the same as the originals...... I strongly suspect these are not the real deal.........

Always Delicious!
Always delicious! I ordered the "bits" thinking they were bite sized candies. Rather than returning them I just sprinkled them over ice cream (Yum!) and going to make some chocolate chip cookies and add them to the recipe!

Really toffee-tasting (as opposed to Heath)
I had a toffee craving just recently and couldn't remember which bar I liked best. Now I know it was Skor! The flavor is even almond-y compared to the Heath bar which I also ordered to compare. Heath has the ingredient of vegetable oil after sugar. Skor does not...the top 3 ingredients are sugar, dairy butter (milk), almonds! You can taste the difference and it is divine! I only wonder how I'm going to consume 3 lbs. of these bits! Expiration lasts one year but I may freeze a good portion of it since I eat it as a snack.
