The courier this company use, Hermes are not a good company, nothing but problems with them even on other things too. This took twice as long as it got delivered to the wrong warehouse. They had said they attempted delivery which was a lie. However, the product itself has been brilliant. 1 roll lasted 13 days with 3 adults and 1 teenager. Really economical and better than shops 3ply. I will certainly buy these again when they are back in stock and the madness calms down.

The paper is tightly wound on the roll, unlike others that are loosely rolled. The quality is good. The only downside is the surprisingly high price for toilet paper. One star deducted for the price.

Buying these can be hit and miss and the quality of some are dire. We've had some awful ones in the past - rough ones that fall apart leaving bits everywhere but these are soft and strong and far superior to all others we have tried. Recommend 100%. The Amazon Business products we have tried have all been fantastic.

Low-level duoflush loos may be the gold standard for new builds, but they're a horror show for blockages. Thick, quilted, premium loo paper doesn't break down easily. So to avoid this problem I was looking for 2-ply paper that was also soft and reasonably strong as I also use it as tissues/hankies. Couldn't believe the value of this item: 120 rolls for under thirty quid!?! No blocks so far, and I've been using this (on Sun+Save) for over two years now. I enthusiastically recommend! PS of course, it works for me as I have a storage area big enough to contain this large stock. If you have limited storage, you may tire of looking at a haybale-sized bundle of bog rolls all the time 😉

Long lasting in a commercial space, but wouldn't recommend it for home use due to its lack of comfort. It can be rather harsh on the skin when, eg blowing your nose.

Cheaper than Booker and next day delivery

My recent was delayed and for which I was encouraged to cancel for some reason. Despite that, I chose to wait and received the package today. Unfortunately, the contents were not as described: - I received 10 rolls instead of the 12 rolls stated in the product description. - Two of the rolls are visibly dirty.
