Great, small bulb. Works well with my paper lamps.

These are the best light bulbs I have ever used. I would always buy 40, 60,75 watt bulbs. I couldn't believe how much electricity those bulbs used. These light bulbs from Amazon are very small but give lots of light. I noticed they don't get hot like the glass bulbs. They are easy to store away they are small. The price is reasonable. My electric bill has been getting more expensive each year and hopefully these new bulbs will help keep cost down. The led style bulb is the best to use. I liked the first order I purchased I went and purchased a second order. All my rooms will have these light bulbs from now on. Update on light bulbs. My utility bill went down a few notches last month after using these bulbs. I put them everywhere.

Got these for our porch lights because my neighbor complained about the bulbs that came with our new porch lights. They run cool, don't use much electricity but don't emit too many photons either.

I picked these up for my toddler's room to help with the bedtime routine, and they are exactly what I was looking for. Unlike other "red" bulbs I've tried that just look orange, these are a deep, true red. The bulb itself is small (A15 size), so it fits perfectly in smaller nursery lamps without sticking out. The 3W brightness is spot-on—it provides a gentle, dim glow that lets me see what I'm doing without waking my child up. It really creates a calm atmosphere that is conducive to sleep. Highly recommend for parents!

The color of this bulb was closer to 3000K instead of 2700K or the color of the original incandescent bulb that I was trying to match in the other matching table lamp I have. Plus, it is about 10% brighter in intensity. Alone, the color and intensity difference would not make a difference, but side by side, it is noticeably different. Also, and this is my fault, I was expecting to get the same size bulb as my incandescent, but did not notice when ordering that these bulbs are the smaller A15 size instead of the standard A19 size I was expecting. Which would be a problem if your lamp shade is supported by the bulb and not a separate bracket, as my lamp has. Second: These LED bulbs were not as soft or difused as the incandescent bulb having sharper lines that streaked across the wall above the shade making the ambient light look a bit more harsh. But I must give credit in that, as true with most LED bulbs, these lamps were slightly warm to the touch whereas you could burn your hand on the original incandescent 25 Watt bulb. Big difference for the A/C bill. Since this was a pack of four, to fix my problem I replaced both table lamps with the new LED bulbs and at least now they match. Still wish they were more accurately matched to what they purport to be, a direct replacement for a 25 Watt incandescent bulb, which it is not. So be warned if that is criticle to your application. Otherwise, these bulbs worked okay, run really cool and should last longer than the old incandescent bulbs will.
